Just found out that I was endorsed by Ohio Education Association. Thanks to all our hard working teacher who can’t be appreciated enough.
The Coble for State Representative (district 86) campaign was honored this week with an endorsement from NARAL Pro-Choice America. NARAL is a leading advocate for Ohio’s women and their right to choose their reproductive path.
Coble joins Richard Cordray running for Governor, Steve Dettelbach (Attorney General), Kathleen Clyde (Secretary of State), Rob Richardson (Ohio Treasurer) and several other Democrat State Representative candidates who are also endorsed by NARAL.
“I am encouraged and proud to accept this endorsement,’ Coble said. ‘I will aggressively fight for all women to have the choice of their reproductive options as the law of our country allows.”
Marion, Ohio—Cleveland.com reports that “four secretive political groups” spent more than $2.6 million on the 2018 primary elections for the Ohio Statehouse— and Tracy Richardson was one of the top targets, receiving $6,997.91 in outside support from Larry Householder, a dark-money group aligned with Republican Speaker Ryan Smith/Rep. Larry Householder.
“My far-right opponent is being propped up by shady outside groups because she hears what I hear as I knock on doors across this district – voters are fed up with Republican corruption and ineptitude in Columbus and demand a change” said Glenn Coble, the Democratic nominee for Ohio House District 86. “Tracy Richardson once again proves she’s out of step with Central Ohioans by cozying up to political hacks like Larry Householder and his dark-money backers.”
“I’m running for the Ohio House to represent my community, not the lobbyists and big campaign donors who control Columbus.”
The Ohio Statehouse has been embroiled in scandals related to the payday lending and for-profit charter school industries — both of which give big bucks to Republican campaigns and organizations
Glenn is proud to accept another endorsement. This endorsement confirms Coble’s desire to support women’s rights and their health decisions.
The Coble for State Rep. campaign committee has received another endorsement from a nationally recognized pro-labor union, the American Federation of State, County and Municipal Employees(AFSCME). Coble received his first endorsement from the Ohio Civil Service Employees Association (OCSEA).
Coble is running as the Democratic candidate for the State Representative in the 86th district which includes most of Marion County and Union County.
He has lived in Marion for 14 years and Ohio for 35 years. He is an Army veteran who is married (Caryl Ann Coble) and the father of three adult children. His background includes 18 years as an Athletic Administrator (DePaul University and Ohio University), 5 years as a small business owner and 12 years in financial administration at a credit union in Marion.
Council 8 and the Retiree Chapter 1184 of AFSCME have endorsed Coble because of his support for collective bargaining for public employees and his shared values and concerns with working Americans. AFSCME represents over 37,000 active public and private sector workers and 30,000 retirees
